And I’m not talking Santa Clause either. I bought a box of Hostess Ho Ho’s just last night and would you believe the box is empty? Individually wrapped little chocolate goodness with creamy filling around nice soft yummy chocolate cake. I can barely eat one myself but when I decided that tonight I’d go get me 1, just one cause I’m watching my weight (go up) but couldn’t resist a little midnight snack with a tall glass of Raspberry Lemonade and I picked up the box and wouldn’t ya know it E-M-P-T-Y.
Uuugh. House full of kids and no one knows who ate them. Makes me nuts and do you know what makes me even nuttier? When they left the box on the counter all day long letting me think there was some in there. So I thought about them all day long but held the will power off while I cleaned the kitchen all the while thinking “Soon my little pretty’s I’ll eat you soon.”
Guess I really shouldn’t complain. Someone saved me from gaining yet another pound from those nasty little sweets. But sometimes Ho-Ho’s call my name. Especially when they are on sale. 2 boxes for $5.00..Oh that’s right I bought a box of Hostess Twinkies too.
Gotta run ummm the door bell. LOL yah right can’t fool you. The white cake goodness with the yummy frosting up the middle is just as good. There goes that lb I thought wasn’t gonna gain.

MMM, I love ho-hos. I didn't know they had flavored fillings now. So sad that the box was empty by the time you got there!
Typical day at my house. But I now think of it the way I think about the a-hole that pulls out in front of me and then drives really slow; maybe I'm missing a terrible accident by 5 minutes and I try to be grateful.

My hubby hides his boxes of yumminess in his car which would be fine except HE TOLD ME. Says he keeps them in a cooler in his car so I won't be tempted. Now I just go raid his stupid cooler!! Thanks for visiting me!

That has happened to me before! It's so annoying! One of my pet pieves is when people don't put empty boxes in the trash!!!!
That is my biggest pet peeve. If you eat the last of something throw the box away. And or when someone eats the leftovers out of the fridge to which you have been craving all day. Even despite the fact that you wrote DO NOT EAT on it and your brother ate it. When I was growing up if we wanted to save something in teh fridge it didn't matter if you licked it, someone would eat it anyway. I know gross. So that's my biggest pet peeve.
I love a good Hostess snack cake too. And I agree- Anytime someone leaves a container making you think there's food… I HATE that. Lol
