Milestones and Baby’s Frist Hair Cut

The last two years have seen to just flown by. My baby boy turns 2 years old next month. I can’t believe it. In the last 3 week he has gone from only saying about 5 words (mama, no, go, to exploding with language. He is starting to talk more adding words together like this:

Go, go, go!
I want it!
I stuck
Lite-nin (lightening)

That’s a start right? The doctor wants us to get him evaluated. Says he should be talking more.

He has such a little personality. He loves lighting Mc Qeen and makes racing noises. He smiles with out showing his teeth. He’s a mama’s boy and goes every where with me. We still co-sleep. He has great love for popsicle’s, and after 20 months we are still nursing.  (I’m working on weening.)

Here’s Cranky Pants getting his 1st Hair cut

Isn’t he handsome? He did a great job. Sat on big brother’s lap while Auntie cut his hair.

Thanks for Stopping by,

My personal opionion…doctor's are so worried about being sued these days (which I certainly understand), so they panic over unimportant stuff.
Crancky Pants probably doesn't NEED to use a lot of words. He gets what he needs and wants without them. Before you know it…he'll be talking soooooooooo much, that you'll want to TURN HIM OFF.

Nurse as long as you both are comfortable with it!

Does it bother all involved to have him in your bed…if not, no worries yet.

    And yes – he's a cutie:-)

somehow my daughter handled her first cut very well, we gave her a new toy while she was sitting there so she was super distracted! LOL

How cute. My kids have so much hair that we had to start cuts at 2 months.

He's adorable! Mine will turn 2 and 3 in April. My almost 2 year old doesn't say as many words as yours. He barely says Mama and Dada. Both of mine are later talkers. Happy early bday to yours. YOur blog is so neat. Love the owls. :)

Awww He looks so cute, but he doesn't look happy… maybe a little tired, huh? As far as that doctor of yours, hmph — you know how I feel about that! That boy will talk when he's good and ready, and you better hope it's not at the repeating stage. LOL Especially around Mr. Ryan! OH MY! hahaha Kisses to Cranky Pants for his first haircut!
