Belly Burner Review and Giveaway

You can wear the belt over or under clothing. I personally prefer it over the clothing to keep it cleaner. I have worn it under when I’m out in public. Something about people looking at you when your walking around and wondering if they are thinking, “”What the …is she wearing?” that made me feel uncomfortable.

Cleaning Instructions: Belly burner is machine washable but do not put it in the dryer. (Thank goodness) The belt does get wet with body perspiration and sweat so when you take it off for the day run it under water and lay it flat to dry. Recommended machine washing: 1x a month.

Weight loss Tools Included with the Belly Burner:  
Along with the Belt you will receive a free Blazing Abs DVD.  There’s a really Hot Bobby Waldren that gives you instructions on how to put it on, and also heads off a standing exercise routine that leads into a floor routine for loosing more inches in your ab/core area. Everyone is the video is already skinny. I would of like to see someone who was a little bit more plump doing those exercises. I haven’t really exercised in over 5 years. I modified a few of the moves which was just fine for me. You can certainly feel your midsection heating up as well as the rest of your body. (I don’t think I’ve ever felt heat in my stomach before unless I was doing sit ups) This is not for a beginner exerciser DVD.  You can expect to burn between 200-500 calories when you get through it.

Also included is a Calorie Counter 2 page reference guide for seeing calorie food count serving size as well as fat content and carb count. A Meal Planner Nutrition Log is also Included. This 14 day Guide is full of nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner meal ideas. One thing that did surprise me is that it promotes drinking diet soda and coffee. (which I do not!)  Can’t forget about the Exercise and Food Journal.  This is a great reading. It’s basically a Pep talk. Explains and answers a some questions about fats, carbs, proteins. Explaining a few routines to help you speed up weight loss.

My Experience: I selected a size Large  (I’m 152 lbs at 5’2″. However, if I loose any weight it certainly won’t fit me unless I give a fold to the side and even then I’m almost at the end of the velcro. Hubby can wear this comfortably and will still have plenty of room if he lost weight.(He’s about 210) I’ve been wearing the belt daily for a few hours while housecleaning and 2 mile walks every other day for a little over a week. I can feel a difference in the my waist and belly area the temperature is warmer making me sweaty when I am wearing it for a few hours. I have not been able to combine all of the tools together at this time. My mom duties are very overwhelming right now. You definitely need to be active while wearing this. Sitting on the couch watching television or sitting on the computer does not give you that warmth under the belly burner belt that you need. (I did test it) I’ve only had this a short time so I do need more time to review this product for a more detailed honest opinion I will keep you updated. It is very comfortable to wear especially on the back. Gives nice support. I wish I had this right after I had my baby. It would of been much better to wear than the one they give you in the hospital.
