CafePress The Place for Personalized T-Shirts Review

When you give a gift that is personalized it makes it so much more meaningful. The gift becomes something to cherish and save and a with thought behind it.  Show’s you planned. CafePress is the online destination for custom hoodies, personalized t-shirts and funny Valentine’s Day gifts! I love being able to upload a photo and personalize T-shirts especially for my husband. He’s so hard to buy for but if there’s one thing I know is he loves racing.

I was given the opportunity to put together a personalized T-shirt using the customizer at CafePress.  There site has lots of unique shirts you won’t find anywhere else and you can make gifts there too.  They have shirts for American Idol, Super bowl and for surviving the Blizzard of 2011, too.  Not only do they carry shirts but they carry sweatshirts, and mugs, too.   Living in Chicago under 20 inches of snow I can appreciate these.

I wanted to put together a shirt of hubby to wear to show off his talent, and passion. My hubby races Go Karts and he’s pretty good, too.  I wrote up a post last September about Rock Island and racing you can check that out if you like. But this is one of my favorite photos of hubby in his cart. Unfortunately it wasn’t takin by me but a friend and sent me the photo and approved it for me to put it on a T-shirt for Hubby.    The idea of making my own t-shirt for hubby just really was exciting.  To get started on CafePress you just go to the Make your own tab. There are so many ideas and products to customize your can really do it all. The software to put it all together is easy to work with as well. Upload a photo that you have the right to print and use and then customize with adding lettering and your done. It’s all really very self explanatory as you go through the steps.

Valentines day is just 7 days away and I hate having to shop at the stores and get something that every one else has or everyone else is giving.  Hubby and I celebrated Valentines this weekend and went out to dinner. We love celebrating the week before or week after to avoid the restaurants crowds.  I had to give my honey is present early as you can see he just loves it.

The only thing I wish I had been a little wiser and put a lighter font color on the dark shirt so the typed showed up better. Also I could of color coordinated the color with the shirt too and  got another in blue. That would of been really cool. The shirt is very nice and the print came out well. Unfortunately, the flash from my camera washed this photo out, so I am sorry about that.

What’s really fun is that if you had a picture your child drawing’s or a favorite photo of something that you know someone would enjoy you can have it printed on a coffee cup, apron or even a magnet,  too. Head on over to Cafepress and check it out.

Thanks for stopping by

    Hi Trish,

I just received your post in Bloggy Moms and decided to stop by. Congrats on the move I recently did the same thing.

I’m friends with eDee, she speaks highly of you. My goal is to surpass what I have achieved in the past with my blog and bring it to the next level. Care to share any of your secrets on how you get to review for the “big guns”?

Have a great Monday and best of luck.
