A Turtle’s Tale: Sammy’s Adventures Splashing On Blu-ray & DVD Combo Pack Giveaway

I love watching entertaining programs and cartoons with the kids. It’s great for cuddle time and I love talking to them about what they saw and remember about the film before bed time. A Turtle’s Tale: Sammy’s Adventures comes out on Blu-Ray & Dvd combo pack April 3, just in time to purchase a copy and add it a Easter basket or add to your Movie collection.

Born on a Baja, California beach in 1959, new hatchling Sammy must do what his fellow newborn sea turtles are doing: race across the beach to the ocean before a seagull or crab captures them. Thus begins Sammy’s incredible fifty-year ocean journey. Along the way he meets his best friend, a fellow turtle named Ray, and overcomes obstacles both natural and man-made while trying to fulfill his dream of traveling around the world. Throughout his travels, Sammy never forgets about Shelly – the turtle he saved on his first day and loves passionately from afar. Based on the actual course of a sea turtle’s life, this story of one creature’s breathtaking journey is a thrilling voyage the whole family will enjoy.

Review of A turtle’s tale: Sammy’s Adventure: The kids and I really loved this underwater sea adventure. This film is one they’ve watched over and over. Many of the characters reminded me so much the one’s from the colorful story Nemo, which is one of my boys favorites. The story follows along as Sammy grows and comes in contact with my underwater obstacles as well as several man made obstacles. I loved that the story was a heartwarming story of friendship and a life’s journey of a real sea turtle.

I’m really surprised that I don’t recall this film being promoted before but most definitely excited that it’s out on Dvd and Blu-Ray for the kids to enjoy at home. Just in time to pick up some extra copies to add to niece’s and nephew’s Easter Baskets.
