Our Personal Experience and Thoughts:
Our experience on assembly: Product assembly was minimal. The directions were easy to understand and provided pictures that were easily followed. Always check to make sure the product has all of the pieces in the box before getting started. We were missing a rear axle which was quickly shipped to us in 2 days. The wheels went on easy. The handle attachment required a bit of maneuvering and widening of the holes for pin insert. The chairs easily snapped in. Umbrella brackets required a firm even snap on to the pole but once I figured that out it was easy, and it stays.
What we love: I love that there are canopy’s for over the seats and they also can be removed if needed. The chairs come out of the wagon providing extra seating options when putting the seat on a chair, in the grass, or on a bench.
Seat belts. Awesome!
2 cup holders are wide enough for water bottles or a soda can.
I think this wagon is all around one of the best wagons we’ve owned. Another great feature of the Step 2 versa seat wagon is the handle can be placed underneath for storage or when putting it up in the car for travel. The wagon, seats and handle all feels sturdy and made well. The canopy’s are well made, fashion together at the top middle with velcro, but for over all coverage I think they could of been a bit larger offering more side coverage. They do cover for direct sunlight from above which is great.
