Yopa! Yogurt (coupon) and Yopa! Taste Challenge with $10,000 & Prizes Sweepstakes

I’ve never really liked yogurt until recently. The super thick texture and the consistency just wasn’t for me.  About a month ago I was watching a television show that explained the benefits of eating fat free Greek yogurt before every meal and was intrigued by the benefits. Since I began watching what I’m eating and adding in exercise to my daily routine along with healthy eating yogurt was easy to add in for morning meals and in between meals helping balance them perfectly.  We began eating Greek yogurt and I’ve really enjoyed the taste and different flavors.  Yopa!™ yogurt comes in the perfect size containers. Not too much and not too little. It’s a great way to add extra protein into your diet and since it has 0% cholesterol its the balance perfect healthy treat.

With Yopa!™ yogurt you not only get fresh fruit but you also get 9 whole grain granola (comes in a separate container as featured below). The texture is creamy and not too thick. When I opened the container there was a bit of water in there and so it needed to be stirred. I’m used to Greek yogurt being really thick and if I poured the water out it might of been but I just stirred it in. The four pack has only 3 1/2 ounces per serving which is the perfect light snack or addition to any meal.

The container isn’t completely filled as you can see but that allows for you to be able to stir in the granola without it spilling out. I really enjoyed the smooth flavor with bits of fruit. We tried blueberry and it was pretty tasty. Hubby also gave it a try and commented that he liked the added granola crunch. Offering 2x the protein and only 110 calories per serving.

Yopa!™ yogurt is the best yogurt, with farm-fresh, regionally-sourced milk from dairies close to where they make it. It takes four gallons of milk to make one gallon of Yopa!™ yogurt, but they think we’re worth it.
