I love the rich and tasty flavor of bruschetta. We’ve been preparing healthier meals for the last 3 months and I’m always open to new recipe meal ideas. Kraft has recently come out with some really delicious, quick and easy meal starter recipe maker kits and after closely reviewing each on one the shelf I knew that the Chicken Bruschetta Pasta would be a home run at family meal time.
I shopped at Dominick’s (Safeway) to find Kraft Recipe Maker meal ideas and after searching for 15 minutes I had to ask an employee for assistance. The Kraft Recipe Makers were located in the very first isle by the fresh vegetable making it so easy to pick out fresh ingredients and walk one isle up to the meat department to pick up fresh chicken for a heartier meal. Kraft Recipe makers come in 7 different varieties and there’s one or more that will be right for your family. Each Recipe Makers can make dishes one of three ways. You can choose from a variety of prep methods, including in a slow cooker, skillet or oven and you’ll even find other options to using the ingredients on recipes featured inside the box.
Recipe Makers are easy. Simply add your fresh ingredients for a flavorful, homemade dish any day or night of the week. I chose the Chicken Bruschetta Pasta Recipe Maker kit. It was quick and easy to prepare in about 30 minutes and dinner was on the table. We chose to add healthier meal option so I substituted the pasta with fresh Spinach. Here’s the fresh ingredients with the already prepared grilled chicken.
I used my George foreman to grill up the chicken, sliced up tomatoes, and fixed a bed of Spinach leaves on a plate. I then heated up half of the bottle of basil garlic simmer sauce in a pan just to coat the chicken that I cut into strips. I tossed in the sliced tomatoes to give them the added flavor and put them over the bed of spinach on the plate. Next I heated up the package of Chunky Bruschetta finishing sauce and spoon a bit over the dish. Everything smelled so tasty we couldn’t wait to give it a taste. I loved that I had some basil garlic sauce left over to use with another meal.

We were really excited about the new flavor added to our meal and can’t wait to try more Kraft Recipe makers ideas. The kids would of really loved it without the spinach and with pasta. It is so easy to prepare all three menu options and we can’t wait to try them all. Please not that each Kraft Recipe Makers box has one specific method of cooking.
