Easter is around the corner and the kids are already getting excited about our annual Easter Egg coloring and cookie decorating party. Every year we get together with the cousins at aunt Meme’s and color Easter eggs and decorate cookies and cakes. We also arrange for the annual egg hunting in the backyard. Kids just love it. Filling Easter baskets has always been so exciting for me year after year. I love seeing the kids face’s when they come down the stairs and see that the Easter Bunny has left them special Easter surprises. Then it’s off to church and home again for a big breakfast on Easter morning.

Year after year I realize that the importance of filling their Easter Baskets with worth while gifts they can actually use. There’s nothing worse than throwing away the trinkets they  just don’t play with. That’s why Vtech Toys is a great way to excite the kids with fun and educational  gifts that provided hours of entertainment and learning even after the Easter bunny has visited and went on hopped onto his next destination.

InnoTab® Disney Planes software cartridge (Ages 4-7 years; Kindergarten – 1st grade. MSRP: $24.99)

– Eight interactive training games on this InnoTab software teach children counting, memory, directions, logic and more. Move the tablet to tilt Dusty’s wings to select the higher number to learn math!

– Children can also read the Planes e-book, look through the story dictionary and get creative with a fun photo activity. (Camera games compatible with all InnoTab systems with a camera.)

Vtech Innotab Disney Planes review: My son just loves flying with Dusty. The ebook is one of his favorites. He loves reading it over and over and with the help of the reader he gets better at recognizing words every day he reads the story again. The ereader also has a dictionary to help her learn what the big words means.  The counting features helps him with number sequence helping to strengthen his skills in math to prepare him for even more learning as the level gets harder. I love that the game allows for kindergarten students on up through 1st grade to be challenged and continue to learn as they play.

InnoTab Bubble Guppies software cartridge (Ages 3-6 years; MSRP: $24.99)

– Includes “Bubble Puppy” e-book with story dictionary, seven games, a photo activity, free play and collection mode! Join the Bubble Guppies as they take care of Bubble Puppy on this pet learning game!

– Teaches creativity, color matching, counting, reading, life science, vocabulary and more. It’s pet-care discovery with the Bubble Guppies!

Vtech InnoTab Bubble Guppies software review–  My little guy was so excited when he saw that this game had a puppy in it. He’s been so obsessed with puppies lately that he even has an invisible puppy that follows him around named “Spike”.  The Pet Care School Day Bubble Guppies Innotab system learning game is full of fun and interactive activities gives him all the fun activities of taking care of a real dog without any of the mess. He feeds and plays with the puppy all while learning and he loves it.

Go! Go! Smart Wheels® Vehicles (Ages 1-5 years; MSRP: $7.99)

– These electronic play vehicles are perfectly sized for little hands and entertain children with a light-up button that activates music and sounds.

– Little ones will also learn about different letters and vehicle names through pretend play.

– The range features six new dinos, including Dart the Triceratops, Zipp the T-Rex, Spur the Stegosaurus, Fray the Ankylosaurus, Cruz the Spinosaurus and Spinner the Stygimoloch.

Unplugged play is great with Switch and Go Dinos. My son just love them. Dinosaur one minute and switch to a car the next. Allows so much fun and creativity for play. With the auto feature it allows for alot more play then just imaginative.  It creates a whole new world for him to enjoy. The dino turbo roars by pressing a simple button the stegosaurus Spur races over 20 feet by pulling the dino back when its in the vehicle position it zooms across the floor for lots of fun and action. There’s over 25 wild sounds and phrases. There are 5 different Turbo Switch & Go Dinos for kids to enjoy.
