I used to love to cook but when my pans get wore out the food starts sticking and the meal is ruined. The Red Copper Square Dance pan is perfect for the cook who wants the food to slide out of the pan with minimal clean up.

I was sent a Red Copper Square Dance Pan for review. This post will contain my thoughts and experience using the pan. Thoughts are 100% my own.

This pan is unlike any pan that I own. Upon receiving it there were instructions to follow before cooking with it. The instructions are “How to season pan“. Seasoning the pan is one of the most important key’s to the non-stick surface for this pan. It requires pouring oil into the pan and baking it in the oven for approximately 20 min or so. I unfortunately was distracted before doing this and hubby started breakfast. Because this was not done first the pan did not have the non-stick qualities that were described and the eggs stuck to the pan. This obviously is a very important part to the pans nonstick surface and easy to cook on properties. I did this right after the first batch of eggs and although we had to wait a few minutes for the pan to prepare it is so worth it. It’s truly amazing non-sticky and slippery when cooking pan and I love cooking with it.

It does say you can cook without butter but I prefer to add some butter because I love the taste. Here’s our eggs from breakfast yesterday.

Not only is the surface non-stick but flipping eggs and keeping them together seem to be a breeze. I have several metal spatulas and don’t get to use them very often because I don’t want them to ruin the pan but with the non-scratch surface this allows me to use the spatula I like even when flipping pancakes. I love that square pan offers a bit more cooking surface as well.

You’ll also like that the handle is not hot to the touch when your cooking and your able to adjust the pan while it’s on the stove without burning yourself.

I’m looking forward to baking chicken tonight. This pan can also be used in the oven for up to 500 degrees.  I think this pan should be in everyone’s cabinet and the perfect gift for anyone who loves to cook.  *Remember seasoning Red Copper Square Dance pan is the key!

Not sure what to comment on, comment on both. I like it reduces pain and helps increase circulation and sends pain relieving signals while it’s massaging. I like that the pan can go in the oven too.
