I am the “Night Owl Mama” and at one point in my life I was never in bed before 3 A.M.. About 12 Years ago I used to work the night shift and heading to bed at 3 A.M was just part of my routine. I worked late night’s then go home and clean house, exercise and make sure my son’s lunch was ready for the next morning and then I’d set an alarm and go to sleep which usually didn’t happen right away. Sometimes it would take me an hour or two before I could drift off.
It’s no secret that not getting enough sleep is no good for anyone. Then when you do jump into bed at night to go to sleep your wide awake again doomed to repeat the process all over again the next day. CVS Health Chewable B12 to not only support heart health but also give a boost of energy in the morning when you need it most. Keeping you awake and alert to get through your day. Simply take 1 tablet a day with your meal and always check with your doctor before adding a vitamin supplement to your daily regimen.
