I am the “Night Owl Mama” and at one point in my life I was never in bed before 3 A.M.. About 12 Years ago I used to work the night shift and heading to bed at 3 A.M was just part of my routine. I worked late night’s then go home and clean house, exercise and make sure my son’s lunch was ready for the next morning and then I’d set an alarm and go to sleep which usually didn’t happen right away. Sometimes it would take me an hour or two before I could drift off.

It’s no secret that not getting enough sleep is no good for anyone. Your body doesn’t function properly and you end up tired and sluggish hoping a fresh cup of coffee or Caffeine drink helps you stay awake. CVS Health Nasal Strips to relieve sinus pressure from allergies or a cold and helps to reduce snoring. These are my favorite especially when my nose is stuffy. You can wear them around the house during the day or put it on before bed to help you sleep better. I wash my face and dry to make sure I’m free from oils and put them on. In the morning you just pull it off and go about your morning routine. On occasion they have fallen off during the night but I’m a pretty restless sleeper getting up to use the washroom several times during the night and take the dog out.
